You can pick up your ticket in any LIBRO Store in Austria until 3 days prior the event.
Please bring your pick up code communicated in the confirmation mail.

As long as the payment was made in time, the tickets can be picked up on the day/evening of the event at the box office.
3) ticketdirect (only offered with selected performances)
You may print your tickets right after purchase (only valid with creditcard) or at any time afterwards via "my account - my orders" section. Alternatively you can have the ticket available on your mobile device at the entrance.
