The service fee is the remuneration for the main service we provide, which, in addition to providing or acquiring tickets, also includes other services, such as customer services (advice by telephone, in person and by e-mail), provision, further development, processing of the platform services and access technologies. The service fee is non-refundable due to the service provided.
Please Note: The service fee will be charged in the amount of EUR 1.50 per ticket - starting at a ticket price of EUR 10,01 and a service fee of EUR 3.00 applies to tickets starting at a ticket price of EUR 25,01. Below a ticket price of EUR 10.00, no service fee will be charged. With the latter measure, we want to promote - within the framework of entrepreneurial freedom - small-scale art, especially smaller promoters. Last but not least, we are part of the cultural and creative industries and have a great multi-layered interest in developing weaker market segments of this industry.
